Birth Doula Package

2 prenatal visits (1-2 hours each)
Unlimited access to support via call, text, or email
24/7 on call starting at 38 weeks gestation
Evidence-based information and support for questions you might have
Support during labor and delivery, beginning in your home (if desired)
2 hours of postpartum support immediately after birth (until baby has a good latch if breastfeeding)
2 postpartum visits (1-2 hours each)
First visit within the first week (only if desired)
Second visit between 4-6 weeks postpartum
Breastfeeding support
Lifetime unlimited support postpartum via text, call, or email
Last-Minute Package
$1000
Available after 37 weeks gestation. You can ask for this package at any point - it’s never too late! (availability not guaranteed)
1 prenatal visit (if not already in labor)
Unlimited access to support via call, text, or email
24/7 on call starting when contract is signed or 38 weeks, whichever happens second

Birth Planning Consultation

Is your birth plan longer than 2 pages? Is it so overwhelming you don’t want to look at it - or better yet, have you not started yet? Meet with me! I’ll help you get that sucker short, sweet, and to the point so your medical team is sure to read it and stick to it!

HELP ME BE HUMAN (4-5 hours)
$400
Are you worried about…well, everything when you finally get home? With this extra package, I will: help you bring in everything from bags to baby, shower (if you desire), remake your bed with comfy sheets and pillows, finish chores that may have been left when you went into labor, start a warm meal for you to eat, give you more breastfeeding support, and make you as comfortable as you can be.
Bereavement Support

After experiencing a loss, delivering your baby or having a procedure is an emotional experience. As a certified bereavement doula, I offer support to women and families in the hospital during these procedures and immediately after. I offer these services for free or a love offering - whatever is best for your family.
